Dr. William J. Hubbard is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and is one of our Baton Rouge General Orthopedic Associates. His special medical interests include hand surgery and surgery of the peripheral nerves. Dr. Hubbard's medical degree is from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. He then completed his residency at Gorgas Hospital in the Panama Canal Zone and at the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Robert N. Moukarzel is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery and is one of our Baton Rouge General Orthopedic Associates. His special medical interests include total joint replacement and sports medicine. Dr. Moukarzel earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, N.Y., and completed his residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
